By accessing or using Strivor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Strivor is a technology platform that enables Coaches and Learners to connect, schedule, and participate in coaching engagements.
Strivor is not a provider of professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Any guidance or recommendations provided by Coaches are solely their responsibility.

Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.

Coaches are solely responsible for the content, quality, and delivery of coaching services.

All fees displayed on Strivor are payable according to the pricing selected at the time of booking.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment partners. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable payment terms.
A Learner may cancel or reschedule a coaching session up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session time.
If a cancellation request is made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session, the session shall be considered utilized and the full session fee shall be charged.
No refund shall be issued for cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session.
Strivor reserves the right to make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion.
Coaching results depend upon multiple factors, including participant engagement, commitment, and implementation.
Strivor does not guarantee:
Coaches and Learners acknowledge that coaching sessions may involve the exchange of personal and confidential information.
Users agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through coaching engagements without appropriate authorization, except where required by law.

All platform content, including but not limited to:
is owned by Strivor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Strivor.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strivor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
